I’ve been where you are.

I was lounging on this chair by the pool in Mexico at this high-level mastermind for successful entrepreneurs and this guy, Jack approached me.

He checked-in on me and I completely crumbled into little pieces.

Tears streaming down my face.

I explained…
My business had been doing good, not millionaire money but more than what I would have ever imagined making from a business at 26, and that despite all of this, I felt miserable inside.

I was working all the time.
My moods depended on how much sales we made on that day.
My happiness was linked to the ebbs and flow of this entity.
I had no time at all to take care of myself.

Every day, I found myself at my warehouse in Brooklyn, NY,  grappling with fulfillment and production challenges. Orders were pilling up.

I didn’t trust my team fully.
The pressure of the business was so heavy that I wondered if the financial success was worth the sacrifice of my energy.

I was confused and honestly burned out and I was not even making a million a year yet.

I really wondered, how do people do it?
How do people SCALE their businesses without burning out?

I remember him asking me:
When is the last time you played?

Playing??
You mean, running my business?

Truth is, I had given up playing.

My entire life consisted of growing this business.
And pushing through and grindind until we get on the other side.

In that moment, I knew something needed to change.

A year post this event, my business was now making close to 500K per month, 5X from what I had been making, and I left New-York for Bali to focus on ME.

My team knew how to run the business and hold it.
They were so reliable that I didn’t need to be so involved in the business.

I had the systems in place to scale and relax. It did not depend on me.

And finally, I could take a breather.

I had turn my baby into an adult.
