I’m the founder of Wholesome Culture, an apparel & lifestyle company inspiring people to live more consciously, in harmony with themselves, the earth and all beings.
I started with $500 and grew the community to over 900 000 people while bringing in revenue of over 20 million dollars. At our peaked, I was managing up to 30 employees, a fulfilment center and a screen-printing center. While that is a great business achievement, what I discover on the way was that… I was completely miserable even if I had everything I thought I wanted. I didn’t feel fulfilled. I had poor relationships. I was anxious and stressed all the time and didn’t feel like myself. I was crippled with chronic pain.
I went on a healing & spiritual journey and took time off work. I learned from several lineages. Shamanic, Tantra, healers, teachers, breath-work practitioner, trauma-informed training, somatic releases sessions and feminine embodiment coaches.
These modalities were what helped me set myself up for this new iteration of my life. A life where I am breaking free from the conditioning, and getting out in this world unapologetically.

Through this work, I was able to heal my chronic pain by learning to listen to how my body communicated with me and what had been stuck there for too long (trauma, stored emotions).
Since then, I’ve been dedicated to mentoring and teaching women how to come back to themselves and find the wisdom that lives within them while growing and scaling their business with PLEASURE instead of pain.
I’ve held several group containers and offer 1-1 coaching.
I also teach a tantric approach to life. An approach that yes requires diving into what can be considered as shadows but also bringing light and pleasure to it all.
