Hey there, I’m Audrey.

I’ve got millions of faces, hundreds of flavors, and moods but at the core, I am a deep feeler.
I feel for this planet, the humans on it, and the animals. My heart deeply longs for the people to remember their connection to their bodies and their heart. I believe that is where deep medicine is for most of us. The intellect, the mind has taken over as the number one priority in our society and we’ve been running life from our headspace.

Thank god for this intellect, what a beautiful tool. When it is not connected to our hearts though, we end up running ourselves to the ground, going completely against the flow of life and against what would feel truly pleasurable and freeing for our bodies & pleasure.

And so this body temple is our inner compass. It is the pathway for ease & receiving life.
